8amm to 10am - Open Practice
Drift Competition starts at 10am

There will be two categories - Advanced and Novice

Entrance fee is at 15 Dhs. (5 Dhs will go to DubDrift Funds)

NO STORYTELLING PLEASE

I saw a poster for a 1:1 drift show at festival city next weekend. Thought some of you might be interested. If anyone gets any more details post them up.

Meet at 14h00 for setup and scrutineering and entry. Latecomers will be penalised for letting other people do all the setup and preparation alone
Racing starts at 15h00 SHARP!

Teams of 2, with each team having one car in the race, and as many spare cars available as you want.

The person NOT driving MUST do marshalling duty

3 COMPULSORY pitstops of minimum 30 secs each.

12min interval at 45mins (halfway mark), re-start in current positions. Lap numbers DO NOT RESET at half-time.

Pitstops will be recorded.

For those of you keen enough this coming thursday, since the majority of us will be off work, why dont we all try our hands at the Auto drome Kart track around morninig, it will give us a chance to go down there for a fun morning out and we'll be able to have a look at the 50X50 area for potentil EP offroad use.

What do you guys think, anyone keen?

The UAE's fine core of Gentlemen totally addicted to RC Crawling will be doing a Crawl Invasion in Al Ain on November 5 , 2010!!!!

We plan to put up our very own DUBCRAWL promotional video on this day complete with all the marketing elements such as promotional banners and properly mapped crawl courses for everyone to enjoy!!!!

Good morning guys!

I'm back again and so is the adrenaline show for this year. The show organizer contacted me to ask if we are interested to join the show again this year which will be next month. This time, they will be providing a dedicated area inside the hall with the size of 20 x 10 meters. Sir Jay, i need your help on this again since they are asking for a layout. I know you're the expert on this.

Aside from the electric drifting, there might also be a touring race for nitro and electric. An area outside the hall will be provided. We are still working on this...

Dear Customers:

We would like to inform you that Hobby Centre, Al Ain will be conducting a CAR RACE every FRIDAY (additional days will be announced and members will be notified). The track usage which includes the use of compressor facility will amount to 20 DHS. The Race will consist of Prizes depending on the number of participants. The Membership Fee is yet to be announced for the participants.

As our valued customers we would like to hear from you suggestions,...

Hey guys,
I'd like to propose an event for Dubdrift (Drifting and touring).
This is a request from my father who works at DPWorld.

So here's the idea.
Since the Philippine Independence Day is just around the corner, my father has asked me if I can get you guys together for an event to be held in Jebel Ali.
The event is to be held this Saturday, June 12, 2010. (my father just informed me, so sorry if this is a bit abrupt)
Personally, I would recommend only EP kits be used so that we don't disrupt the event as a whole.

This plan is still to be ironed...

Right, so the excitement of Automodex is over and its time to start planning the next trip to Al Ain.

I know we had a lot of breakages at Automodex and the guys are needing to order spares online etc.....so i would suggest we aim for the 9th April, that should give everyone enough time to get their cars ready.

Let me know if you guys are happy with the date, if not please suggest alternatives!
