This is the Spektrum DX2S DSM 2 Channel Surface Radio with Telemetry! Combining Spektrum’s industry-leading 2.4GHz DSM® technology with valuable telemetry features and an incredible price point, the DX2S represents a breakthrough in 2-channel sport-level radio systems. RTR drivers and sport racers can add the safety of telemetry and monitor vital vehicle stats right from their transmitter*, without any additional equipment. Keep your engine operating in the optimum temperature range, keep an eye on your battery voltage and check out just how fast your vehicle is running, all right from the large LCD readout of the DX2S.

*Telemetry requires a DSM telemetry compatible receiver (SPM1205, SPMSR3300T). Telemetry is not available on the MR3000 or DSM2 receivers.

Features:

Graphically depicted speed, voltage and temperature gauges
5 model memory

Count down, count up and intermittent timers
Buzzer High, Low and Off

Who said I have the 3s.....I would never....+P

My opinion about the 2s is....
Pay a little extra and you get the 3rd channel....

Price 199 USD on the amain site, but just got a specials email from them saying it is now 179USD.

essential the same as dx3s minus one channel and only 5 model memory as opposed to 10

i think its a fair offer 70 USD less, with the extra cash you can buy one of those HW 13T brushless motors Andy was talking about...

Must be standard servos.
Just like Futaba's 3003.

Didn't see that coming. Hehe
Especially since it's a metal gear servo.

It's not bad at all....for drifting that is.

For touring...i'm not sure.
You'll have to consider high speeds and wallet-ripping collisions.

Hehe =P
