Next Al Ain trip 9 April 2010?

Right, so the excitement of Automodex is over and its time to start planning the next trip to Al Ain.

I know we had a lot of breakages at Automodex and the guys are needing to order spares online etc.....so i would suggest we aim for the 9th April, that should give everyone enough time to get their cars ready.

Let me know if you guys are happy with the date, if not please suggest alternatives! hurray

We're on for Friday 9 April 2010 - 8 AM in AL AIN

Its an early start so we need to leave Area 2 by 6:30am latest

sounds like a few guys are going on holiday! and some are coming to visit!

moving it a week earlier may be a problem for some as it is good friday and easter that weekend....

moving it later we risk it getting too hot....

i suggest we aim for the 9th and if anything try squeeze another session a week or 2 later?

any other ideas? wacko

Early morning would be good. Reach there on or before 9am. It will be cooler as well.

Guys i have put up a poll so we can vote for either a morning or evening session in Al Ain, please cast your votes!

please note an early morning session would mean we'd need to get to al ain by 8am to avoid the heat

Personally i prefer the early morning session as i dont feel like driving back from al ain late at night

Easy Paul! For those who wont be attending "Thirstdays" you guys will have to wake up early and be at area2 by 6am.

Then those who will be attending "Thirstdays" we meet up at 10pm the day before and go straight to Al Ain around 6am very happy
