If you are talking about heatshrink tube, you can get it at Ultimate heli, and I suspect at Ace too, although never really looked for it there...

you can buy lots of this from Naif Area more choices of sizes and colors. It is the place for electronic shops and shops selling dish antennas and receivers.it is near the naif park.
