Yep, seems about right.

The bit that concerns me is the part about "an area has not been designated where the youngsters can go and drive as they wish"....thats like saying "we need an area where we can take our guns and shoot them how we wish".

.....any area that becomes 'supervised to avoid mishaps' will be like the Autodrome, and nobody will want to go there because of the 'silly rules' .... the end result will be people driving down the Shk Zyd Rd on two wheels...

Thanks for sharing though, it might stop some people driving like idiots....
