hey guys it is just me or do we suddenly have annoying ads on top of each page now.....



please tell me we can get rid of it

Im getting them as well but im sure i have seen them once before but for only a short period of time

i remember them popping up when you werent logged in....and once you logged in they would disappear.....

GET RID OF THIS C***, i get on to these websites for RC and forum purposes only, not to find our when i plan to be married............

November is our domain name anniversary.. i guess we were lucky last year ads were not activated..
So now we have to use credits not just for domain name but also to remove the ads.

Here are the options to deactivate it.. click image so see full size.



We have a total of 6257 credits right now.. deduct around 4000 credits for the 2009 and 2010 domain name reservations. I dont know why they havent deducted any from are credits yet or maybe its just not updated. So all in all we have around 2000 credits left.

Now the question is what do you guys want to do with it? reserve our domain name for november 2011 or use it to deactivate the ads.

If our forum has enough credits, we can spend them on the following features:
● Annual DubDrift domain name reservation
● Disable advertisements on your forum (for either members only or for both members and guests
● Increase the storage space for our gallery
● Edit our forum's template

And again donations don't come as profit to the site admin but instead it goes straight to forumotion and automatically converted into points that can be spent for forum use only ok.

Our domain name starting this month to Nov 2011 is already reserved Paul.. thanks to you guys. So no worries for now about that.. now like it says in the image ive attached above..

I dont want to decide alone on this one.. but for me i would choose the option for 1000 credits 12 months w/ no ads for members only.. never mind the guests

As a donor I can vouch that the funds go directly to the webdev as credits as issued by the forum site owners.....every little helps.

Right now it would be advisable to keep the site running for another year, even if there are ads running....

Ahmed, all you have to do is pay some money, then you dont have to get married...

...online ads are like the Mafia....you either pay them hush money, or they will continue to "make you an offer you cannot refuse!"
