Thanks @strawb, right now it's at 2.79 with the following pulleys:

Rear - 37/22
Middle - 16/30
Front - 40/16

Can easily increase the ratio considering smaller diff pulleys for the rear.
But I'll need a shorter belt for that.

No thermal issues whatsoever. This is what I tried to address with OTA's 3-belt design.. very happy
The motor is mainly driving the rear wheels in all overdiven kits. For me, this is what should be taken into consideration in computing for the FDR. It is where most of the load is coming from.

Update..


OD = 3.44

Rear - 37/22
Middle - 16/38
Front - 16/40

Another proof of concept.. very happy




Changed steering arms with R2-OTA - better steering locks very happy
