| Not always. If you haven't practiced much, you'll find it hard to get used to something like 3.5t.
Also, I see you've got a TT01. Make sure it's got ball bearings or else you'll run into a lot of problems. You might need to purchase a fair few spur gears too as that's a lot of power for the stock plastic spur.
Good luck! |

You can modified your rear diff to make it spool by locking the planetary diff.
You can use small screw or epoxy to lock it |

| higher T ( turn ) is less power and yes there is such a thing as to much power around 13 turns to 8.5 turns is what i find the best.

| higher T means more topspeed lower t means more acceleration, this is why you want a balance of both world in your drifter so my advice would be to get a novak havok/ballistic 10.5T combo for you drifter |

wrong way round bud
eg
3.5T = high kV = high max RPM, low torque
10.5T = lower kV, doesn't spin as fast for same Voltage = higher torque
Some of it can be negated by spur/pinion gearing, you'd gear down a high kV motor to avoid overheating plus gearing down also magnifies its torque.
