as for the ta05M, i guess thats there answer to the cupracers. soon mini 2wd will be taken over with 4wd but nothing beats 2wd mini! more fun and mehyan

Did you guys get out and race some minis ?

I had a late night trying to isolate some electrical noise in my traction control system for the mini, still can't find it. I will be looking forward to seeing if the computer makes the car any faster, I can't see why it wouldn't. Launch control off the start line should be very helpful, but getting the computer to make reasonable decisions in the corners might be a lot harder.

how was the progress of your electronics? hope it will be ready so you could play with us this coming weekend

What time do you stay until at Meydan ? I take my son to rugby from 9 till 10, but could make it after that.

As for the electronics, its taken me about 2 weeks to track down the source of a bad pulse, so hope to make some quicker progress now.

Never realised what a load of 'pants' that TA05M was.....380 sized motors? What a waste of time, I would rather go for one of those little RM pan cars they have released....I reckon that would be more fun and less hassle.....each to their own I suppose, but somehow I dont see that being a great seller. Will need to check TamiyUSA to see if anyone races the 4WD mini....I would expect that at that price, most would opt for touring sized stuff....

Me, I would be more tempted to drive a M06, they look like good fun...and a perfect test subject for Duane's traction control system....
