| TC looks great, all carbon woven main chasis, shock tower, upper deck, and all aluminum support for riggit rc car which im sure gonna be great for touring and drifting aswell. PRO-D on the other hand is a more hot looking chassis for me not to mention its specially made for drifting and with the motor arranged in the front midship it would be easier to drift. to help you decide you can try tims pro-d |

| i must admit.. the TC looks tight! it looks like it really means business..
but personally, i would still go with HPI's Pro-D Spec R or the new Cyclone if it comes out before i get enough money to buy the Spec R.. better take j's advice, get a hold of tim's..
Pro-D that is! before you decide on anything.. good luck bro! |

| Personal thoughts:
Cyclone TC - Looks like a great kit of the shelf. Lots of drifters use that kit even thought it was specifically designed for touring (motor is positioned at the rear). One problem that kits with this design face is weight balance. The area with the motor, esc and servo may be heavier than the one on the other side (batteries). But I'm not facing that much of a problem on my TA05, just a little reminder.
HPI Pro-D - Excellent (if not perfect) weight balance. Everything is where it should be for drifting. Cons? I'm not a fan of the shaft drive. Hihihi. =P
Cyclone Drift - A look-a-like of Alex Racing CER kit. It's like the Pro-D with a belt. Another excellent kit for drifting. Cons? You may come to a point where your motor has overheating issues. Like the TA04, a motor heatsink is not an option.
