To come to conclusion for hosting RC Drift event I need to have from you some additional details please and to agree on curtain points with you too
As to sockets. I think we can use it right at the hall. I mean there some standard sockets available. We just need to allocate area for RC Drift somewhere closer to that. But as to cables or extensions you should bring it with you
As to car battery. I don't have any which is not in use J and I doubt that anyone else has it since nobody need it
As I've said it's better you will come to the expo before the event and we will check the possible options for your location.
Otherwise please bring any battery with you
As to outdoor
this year there won't be space for RC drift arena since there will be construction works on that area and the rest of the space will be given for drifters. So as to outdoor it's good option but for next year As to barricades.
We don't have them on site (I mean the quantity we use at the show) so please inform how many of them will you definitely need?
It cost us to rent them so please inform exactly how many of them do you need
Lighting exist there in halls. It's more than enough.
As to tables and chairs OK
One more thing
In case if we will do RC drift it should be clear that in this case your team should be onsite all working hours of the show (Thursday from 11 AM till 11 PM and Friday and Saturday from 3 PM till 11PM)
You should understand that area for RC Drift should be active all the time
Please confirm all the points and is you are OK with it I would like to have a meeting with you somewhere next week to agree on everything and to chose the location
I guess this wont be possible if they would force a complete attendance at the event during our office hours. Thursday to saturday from 11am to 11pm right?
We can try our best but we cannot commit that everyone will follow. I'm sure most of the guys wont make it on a thursday, or stay till 11pm for 3 straight days.
How about requesting a one day event only.. like friday? I can commit 3pm to 11pm on that day. we could also do an EH DC stage over at their event.
