Hi to all. I'm a new drift but I don't have a kit yet.
What would be a good kit?

Hi side_sweeper,

Welcome to the thread.
A starting kit would range from AED1000 onwards. It usually depends on how basic you want to go.
There is a brand new RTR (ready to run) kit from sold by "JJ's drift shop". It's a great starter kit.

Another starter kit would be the Tamiya TT-01. Most new drifters start-off with this.
If you want to skip to something mid-range, my vote would go to the Tamiya TA05 <---- Voted "user's choice" for 2008

Don't worry about the 'bling' factor yet. Give more focus into how to drift. =)

By the way, since the forums is for everyone of different nationalities, we would advice you to speak in English henceforth.

Hope to see you soon. =)
