| i suggest you get an assembly kit instead of an RTR.. reason is that you'd know somehow what's going on with your car especially when something is wrong with it..
a good mid-level chasssis would be the TA-05 or the TB-03 from tamiya.. they both have a lot of adjustment points to fine tune your car to your driving style..
i'm not very familiar with other brands so, i'll leave those to the other guys here.. with the Tamiya brand, you'd be able to get SOME parts here in the UAE but it's very LIMITED so we get most of our stuff from the internet..
with regards to RC System frequencies, we have a list here:
http://www.dubdrift.com/driver-details-f15/driver-frequencies-t4.htm
better check it first before getting your crystals but the best move would be to take a 2.4GHz
'hope this helps.. goodluck man.. |

| Hi sliders, finally i got an RTR HPI Sprint.
Am still working on the body, and am waiting for my battery and charger with a 2.4 ghz spektrum to arrive from RC mart.
Once again thanks to all who supported me to learn the basics of drift cars..hopefully by next meet my ride should be ready to slide..
Hows the body work :sunny: |
