HELP: looking for this shaft

im looking for the below shaft to complete my project... its a shaft thingy that holds the thingy to the shocks.. hahaha! dont know what its called so its a thingy to me... if you can give me link or if you guys have spare somewhere i would really appreciate it. need it badly smile

maybe you guys have a pair of these??? should be about 5mm and threaded inside and can fit ball bearings... hope you guys get what i mean. specially bong, lance and aeron... and to those IFS guys out there!

got me a pair but its rather long and doesnt look good... see sad
