| Okay some progress.... Got a dud dig servo (some faulty internal wiring cause the circuit board to melt) so had to go out and get a new one, luckily toys and us had plenty stock!!! So replacement dig servo is in and all the wiring has been tidied up! Mini test run in the kitchen and all working well.... Will start masking the bashing shell tonight, then do some spray work tomorrow! |

| Bandit, soon you will see the shell! i like making people wait! hehehe
If it wasnt for a fried dig servo it would have been painted up already....
SC10 is really cool, its probably my favourite in my collection!
Its loads of fun, but it definately needs more power than the stock motor can deliver (especially with all the sand here)....gonna pop a brushless in mine and then i think it will be perfect... |

| Paul,
What did you pay for your HB Rovers? I checked with TCS as they have a special on....US$23 for 4 tires and foams, but US$28 to ship them...!! Seems a little rough on the shipping costs....sheesh. I sent a 2.5kg package to finland the other day for US$40.....I think these guys are running the special and then over charging on the shipping... |

| It'll look sooo AWESOME once the decals are on! The graffiti on the sides and the monster energy paws on the hood and roof...Ghrrrrr.
You NEED to get them!!! Neat paintjob by the way, came out good!

| Andy,
i think the problem with TCS is that they will only send it EMS? or is that RC4WD? hence the ridiculous shipping charges...
i paid 34USD from AMain not sure what the shipping would work out to for just the tyres though...
TCS has a good price but like you say are they loading the shipping????
Adbull, thanks man, will defo try and get the DC shoes decals! |

| I know about RC4WD and their crappy shipping policies, but I am going to have a look at some rock-lox from them too...
Alternatively, I will buy your stock LOSI tires, and order a replacement set for you.....that way I can get into crawling immediately....well, as soon as I can find a way to shoe-horn the R2 dig into the Joker chassis...it is not as big in this chassis as I like,.....and I dont think I will fit the dig in there, or a servo for shifting gears.....but, that is what I like about getting non-standard kits.....it's a CHALLENGE!! |
