| can anyone tell me what is the performance of tb03 if you set your suspension into " IFS" mode? |

| For my experience. There is no noticeable difference between the two.
But since in drifting, we need the front suspension to be soft (rather than hard), it would be better if you just left the suspension at a standard position.
The IFS system (on default) tends to give pressure on the suspension even when resting.
You can also 'release' that pressure by adjusting the turnbuckles that's connected to the arms. But it may be a bit hard to reach at times. Hehe. =)
Opinion varies. If I were to use the IFS, it would be 'just for show'. Not for performance. |

| @.josh thanks again..yeah your right, if change my set up then i have to adjust my drifting styles. i've been googleing it yesterday but most of them are too technical to understand and i was on duty so surfing for personal purpose is a no no. did i clear my browsing history???..damn!. anyway, when you put your suspension almost perpendicular to the chassis it will make your suspension stiff. i just observed that the suspension doesn't travel to much and imagine you are on one side of a seesaw and try to lift the guy from the other side but the fulcrum is near with you.. its hard. does my theory is right? :?: |

| Sir carlo. Where exactly is the 'fulcrum' on the IFS system? hehe Is it the rocker arms?
I don't think the IFS system is a bad choice. It just doesn't have any special benefit when drifting.
So it doesn't really matter which Suspension system you use. It'll have the same effect. =) |

| as i have a TT01E and an IFS, i don't feel that much difference with the mounting positions of the front suspensions.. the IFS really looks cool as compared to the normal.. if you find the IFS a bit stiff, you can always adjust it in many ways to achieve the desired compression.. i actually had to attach a stiffer spring in the front because the IFS is a bit more sensitive.. imo, as josh said, it really doesn't matter whether you run on an IFS or a normal mounting.. you take your pick and improve with it.. in the end, none of our opinions will be of consideration but yours.. _________________ "CS or Die!" |

| @josh, yup it's the rocker arm act as fulcrum. @ orange alien, i'll stick with the old setup of mine.. i'm in between performance and aesthetics..hehe! what i need here so far i front one way.. |
