Next Race Day in Al Ain?

Guys

Sound like everyone had a great time and looks like we are all keen to go again!

I think it would be good if we start planning the next race day in Al Ain.

To start off I have set up a Poll below to see which weekend in February suits everyone best.

Start checking your diaries shocked

and lets try set a date ASAP so we can get as many people as possible involved!

Heres the lists of guys who have committed so far (or have acknowledged their addiction!!!)

Classes are:

Mini Stock
GT Mayhem (Sport Tuned or GT tuned or Hobby wing 13T max)
GT Outlaw (Anything goes)

Afterwards we can do a fun ....

I'm still waiting for my chassis kit, I'll make it into a GT Outlaw car. Once I have it I'll probably join you guys..

A good day was had indeed....I love driving on a proper track....makes all the difference when you have some facilities...Mister-E was there....he is the guy with the nitro and EP car in the same colours....Edward. smile

Seems like the owner of the hobby center is going to start charging for the facilities there soon, and although I dont like it, if the compressor is available and power to run our equipment, then I will pay to go there..

Could be some racing there on the 19th....for which we will get sorted....

It was a good day of racing for everyone, I love the minis more and more! wel try to use an equally faster motor next time to see if the GTs can keep up!

You are right Reck... we have very good day... say if we use also sport tuned motor in our minis and go along with GT..next time.

Hi J.Drift,

I was at the track, zooming with the nitro and electric.
Too bad the timing system couldn't be used.
Next time, we should inform the track owner first, so he will keep the shed open and we will have access to the air compressor.

BTW, I pass by the Movenpick area today.
You guys have touring car races there as well?
