Electronics are upgradable. I dunno about the chassis, but its already graphite.

Shocks, body, wheels are ofc replaceable.

It looks like a good chassis, but I believe crom2k1 is the only one who has experience with one.

You won't need to get many upgrades to get it sliding competitively, just a locked rear differential and some kind of one way should do the trick.

..But even then I wouldn't go down the Hong Nor road. It's nice and all, but at the end of the day it's still a "not your everyday" brand. I don't think any of the most common online stores stock any Hong Nor parts.

@ Crom, isn't it an expensive kit? I think it's quiet a few AED above AED 1000.

Aaaah, right. That kinda' kills the confusion.

So RC_Joe, can you squeeze out 1050 AED? Or is that too much?

Remember, you'll still need some tires and very soon, once you catch the "hop up flu" (yes, that's what we call it), you'll need some more cash...

Anyway, if you do get it, remember to locate a front one way/center one way and a spool/direct drive/differential locker.

Obviously, you can drift without the one way and spool, but a lot of the drivers (I'd say 99.9%) regret having not tried one of them sooner)...

Shaft driven kits, don't need Center One-way as they don't have center pulley.

Locked rear diff, and front one-way.

I'm selling it for 600aed not 1050.

Amazing thing is, you hate it when you're young, but you regret hating it when you're older. I'm only 14, but I'd like to go back in time, when school was a piece of cake and everything seemed so amazing...Lol.

Haha, yeah, you'll need to inject some money into the hobby, take full advantage of your girlfriend on your birthday, christmas, etc...Ask her for a new kit very happy

No crowd there, just us DubDrift members, ocassionally there is a person watching from afar, curiously, but you never see the same person again...So yeah, no crowd blum3

if you're looking for a kit, there is the Market Place where you can get used or new stuff..

Chinese stuff aren't always bad, they're just not always good. You need to use a little imagination with these stuff.
