Just for you ahmad so you can bring the baja down to area 2!

New from Kershaw Designs:

Take the awesome size of HPI's 5T or 5B, combine the raw torque of brushless power and just watch what happens. Get this basic kit and then use a brushless system that you might already have or pick and choose from the huge array of systems we stock. If you're really power hungry, bolt on 2 brushless motors.

Features:

Motor not included!
Motor mount made from 100% heat treated 6061 aluminum.
Room to mount 1 or 2 brushless motors.
Velcro battery straps can secure 2x3S, 4x3S, 1x6S or 2x6S LiPo packs.
Mounts available that will accept standard small scale motors, Castle Creation's 1717 motors (4mm screws, 25mm spacing) and Neu 2200 Series motors (4mm screws, 33mm spacing).
Giant 9mm wide delrin spur gear. A wider gear distributes stress over a larger area.
Simple, easy conversion that takes about 1-2 hours.
Kit includes choice of one pinion gear. Additional pinions available for second motor or for added pinion variety.
Kit includes motor mounting system, battery strap system, hardware, full color, fully illustrated installation manual and choice of one pinion

5T/5B Brushless Conversion - Standard Brushless Motors - Choice of Pinion - 5mm - $219.99
5T/5B Brushless Conversion - Castle 1717 Motors - Choice of Pinion - 5mm - $229.99
5T/5B Brushless Conversion - Neu 2200 Series Motors - Choice of Pinion - 5mm - $219.99

Maybe you should get one of those used Baja's from that person you know..And get tis also... Haha..

I have a strong that'll come true.

Nice find Paul, was looking at some E-Baja's on youtube...

But yeah, gasoline is the way to go, I don't think motors will like the Baja much anyway..

AdBull.

ahmad, i was just finding you a solution so you could run at area 2 hahahaha.......i agree GAS is what a baja is all about!!!!

saying that an EP Baja with castle 1717 motor will be potent and strong and have rediculous acceleration but will chew through batteries like crazy.....i reckon its a great solution if you work for maxamps and get loads of free batteries....and someone to keep charing them for you....

i'll be sure to leave a baja sized hole in mother nature before that happens haha

thanks guys, but i'll stick with my gasoline for now LOL

besides, i dont think the spur gears would last long with or without gasoline

That spur is made out of Delrin, very tough material....as long as the meshing is good, it will not wear that quickly...

I would also prefer the fuel option, but an EP motor in there would give you more torque....INSTANTLY.

Would cost you in batteries for sure...but if you get the ones that can charge at 3C, 20 minutes to charge is nothing...

just another thought i reckon it would also be a bit lighter, so you could get bigger air and long jumps!!!! that extra torque would give it sweeeeet accelerationand shorten the run ups need for jumps!
