Heya.
Been working on the TT01E for a while, and now I can proudly say, it is now called the TT01ERA. Enchanced Rally Edition. As cheesy as that may sound, it's true! Even though I have ZERO control over steering (think I've stripped the gears in the old chinese servo), it was AMAZING! It went over all the things I doubted!

Here are some pictures of the increased ride height.
The pictures don't show exactly how high it is. I was amazed when I put the longer shocks in.

I need better dampers though. These are so long, they have to be compressed to almost minimum to fit in. So there is very little action in the dampers. And I'm also scared to take it off a ramp, because I think it'll rip the shock tower right out.

All I need now are some better dampers, a sports tuned motor, a servo and maybe a nice LiPo friendly ESC.
Thanks to Vinesh for the spur and pinion!

AdBull.

not bad Adbull.......

need some rally blocks for the increased ride height, they should also give you better grip offroad

also keep in mind adding an inner-shell like a buggy sell to protect the electronics from dirt and moisture.....much like the concept of wearing an undershirt to keep you warm heheh

congrats......time for some rally??? by the way, i have full intention of hitting a ramp, lets hope u ont chicken out last minute and steer around them haha

Thanks Ahmed!

The tires are a must, then maybe I can go with the stock dampers because I have already done a modication to the skid plates that gives me a CM all around.

I'm already working on an inner-shell. Was thinking of chopping up a lunch box...Will leave the top open though, for ventilation.

Definetly time for some rally. Just need a servo.... Sad

Not sure what dampers you are using...are they tamiya? If so, you could get the mini-cva kit from T&U, and swap all the other parts into the shorter damper tube....might work..

@ Andy, nope, they aren't Tamiya. I'm looking for some 65-70mm dampers...These are too big.

@ Paul, thanks. It might not run this Saturday, I still need a servo.

@ Abhishek, haha, well spotted Razz
I hope it's ready ASAP too.

@All...I need a servo =(
If anyone has any, high torque or whatever, let me know if you can sell it to me or give it to me.
